Swearing is like passing gas, it happens.

Oh no, that's uncalled for. These girls are passing gas on the field too now? They should get double the punishment from their parents.

Yes of course, if they are losing their heads and being melodramatic, then the passes wont stitch together.

don't know how you assume that means the player is being melodramatic or losing her head. players swear. even girls!

    Back to the game now.

The little Koreans have the advantage now.
They seem to be attacking more and more in serious scoring chances than the Americans.

I wasnt saying anything about gender. Its like golf, you have to put the last shot behind you immediately, because the next one is imminent.

I heard that President Elect ... Barack Obama is supposed to be at this game.

Has anyone seen him and his wife in the crowd?

Jang scores for Korea, really good finish after taking it past Colohan. 2-1 Korea. 6 minutes left to find an equalizer.

news flash, golfers swear too. swearing does not inherently demonstrate a failure to focus on the here and now. you're really making too much out of it.

meanwhile dprk #9 shows great vision and delivery to set up the go ahead goal.

At this point in the game, that is a terrible decision from Brooks to go for goal from that distance when leaning backwards.

    2 minutes.

60 seconds left for the American team to score, or else you'll be seeing a lot of "F-bombs" drop out of these girls mouthes.

Game over, 2-1 Korea. Really disappointing performance from the US, but Korea deserved it on the day without doubt.

The US still did themselves proud throughout the tournament, plenty of good players in this group.

Well, does swearing go well with good discipline - and is discipline part of the soccer team game ?

    ;)

They sounded Greg Ryan like. Lots of long ball and defending.

    ohhh FUDGE !!!

These Koreans all look the same. Same height, same face, same hair color, same build. It's like they are clones.

Then you look at the American team, and you see various height, weight, build, hair color, face, eye color, nail color, and so on.

It's almost funny. But sad to see the tears from their eyes.
