That just became the easiest group after winning vs paraguay i meen USA doesnt know how to score italy can only beat thailand on a penalty and thailand i think portugal can give them a nice 9 or 10 nuttin easily other then paraguay no competition.... will have to wait until the next phase for portugal to actually need to break a sweat, and thats if they have brazil in there way bc even the defending champs are struggling this year...

Portugal beat Thailand 3-2 In OT but doesn't advance to the next round.

Paraguay, Italy and Portugal all finished 3-1 in Pool play, but the tiebreakers didn't go Portugal's way.

So we beat the groups winner Paraguay but end up not advancing.

by a 2 goal differential we are out. Disappointing to know that there will be far less deserving sides in the next round.
