    Sporting vs Basel
    Braga vs Werder Bremen
    Benfica vs Nurnberg

    Should our teams win:

Sporting will play the winner of Bolton vs Atletico Madrid
Braga will play the winner of Rangers vs Panathinaikos
Benfica will play the winner of AEK Athens vs Getafe

IMHO SLB is sure to got to the Quarter Finals. Sporting need to be weary of Atletico. Braga have a tough draw, but should we advance through Bremen we can be confident that we can also reach the quarter finals.

Good Luck to All! Forca Portugal!

Sporting will smash Basel..but i hope they get bolton as they will smash them too..athletico has a superb offense, but crappy defence.

Braga..i think if u beat werder somehow..u can do it..you tied bayern..but that was the first game in a group stage..u have good chances to beat both opponents after that.

Should one (or both) of either Sporting or Benfica NOT advance past their respective round of 32 squads, it would be an absolute travesty. Both Portuguese squads are much more superior than their foes. I expect both to advance to the round of 16.

As for Braga, when they are on their game they are very tough to beat. Werder Bremen are a very strong team and are currently co-leaders in the Bundesliga. It will be an exciting tie to watch, that's for sure...

A challenging but entirely reasonable draw. If the teams play to their potential, there are some good opportunities to go deep into this tournament. Braga clearly has the most challenging foe, but they were able to draw Bayern, the leader of the Bundesliga, so what's to say they can't defeat Werder, the second team in the Bundesliga? Looking forward to the matches.
