Climbing the Ladder The record for the fewest different goalscorers in the MLS regular season is 6, by the 2002 Rapids. Currently, the Revs only have 5 this season.
Taylor Twellman 9 goals Andy Dorman 5 goals Steve Ralston 5 goals Clint Dempsey 4 goals Shalrie Joseph 3 goals That's just sad
Nothing from the left side, nothing from the defensive end. Is it any wonder we are so easy to defend?
I'm willing to go on record and predict that we will not break this record, this year. We could tie it though...
Care to wager a fine cigar on that? EDIT: Well, that didn't take long. Care to bet we run the table this year?
lol? damn i had this thing opened all this time and just thought now to respond, only to notice you already edited
Speaking of lack of scoring...August ties our lowest amount of goals in a month with 2 (April being the other month we scored two) we have 28 goals and 31 points this season
I already did that - I voted "we win MLS Cup" in the what happens from here on out thread. Can lightning strike twice?
He was actually proven right on one of his prognostications. When you actually get one right, I'll follow up on that bet too...
I guess I should have typed it into my statement above but I told Sue as I hit the send button for my post that you would respond exactly the way you did and do it in less than 5 minutes BTW, I would recommend that you check out last years preseason pradiction poll and see that I called the correct number of points and the Revs trip to MLS Cup------and the incorrect outcome of the Cup match Hey, two out of three ain't bad for an old guy who can't see, can't spell and doesn't drink alcohol. Of course there are a lot of other things I do exceptionally well---but thats another matter.
