The USOC and USSF need to change the tiebreaker system and I'm sure they will at least define it further for next year's tournament. They should seperate the USASA "amateur" teams from the PDL for starters and offer a seperate $10,000 award to USASA, if only to give the PDL teams a break because Roma has never lost to one . It's pretty clear, in my opinion, they believed they would never have to cross that bridge and could save the $10,000 (i.e. pay the money to an amateur team instead of a PDL team).

does the winner of this match get a birth into the Concacaf Champions Cup? I can't remember if they changed it or not...
I thought it was the MLS Cup winner and the runner-up ...I hope I'm wrong, I like the Supp. Shield winner and MLS Cup winner better...
It was that way, but they changed it this season. I watched the game last night on tv and thought that Fox did a good job with the broad cast. I'm not a big fan of Max. Some times I wish he would just shut up. Too much trying to be witty. Although I'm starting to become a fan of Christopher Sulivan. I thought he did a great job with color.
