    Forca Braga ALLEZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Braga 2-0 Grasshoppers

Joao V Pinto and Castanheira on the board for us. I loved listenin to the second half on the way home from a tough day at work.

We now join SLB in the round of 32 by virtue of winning not getting beaten by Man U.

Here are the teams we could face:

    Newcastle
    Panathinaikos
    Tottenham
    Blackburn
    Parma
    Espanyol
    Rangers

Parma is a so so team. The name may scare, but I belive in Braga to go thru.
As for Benfica, better Dinamo that Steua :D
Not easy, very far from impossible!

Not a bad draw, considering we have a shot to pass thru a Romanian team, important for our UEFA points.

WOW completely forgot about this thread.

Braga and Benfica progress to the round of 16 after defeating Parma and Dinamo respectively

Let's add that the next adversaries are PSG of France vs SL Benfica and Tottenham Hotspur of England vs Sp. Braga :)

4 games, 4 wins! Brilliant! I was very confident yesterday and it turned sweet with Braga's last minute goal.

    Here's my thoughts:
Benfica is likely to go thru, specialy because of the order of the games (1st away). I wish Rui Costa could be fit for this one. Last year we manage a goaless draw with Lille, a better team, in Paris.

I believe it is the end of the road for Braga but they will be a tough bone to chew. Braga needs inspiration and transpiration more than ever. Who knows, a 0-0 home and a 1-1 away can be enough and afterall, we've been pretty good with English teams last years..... and Braga sent home 2 Italian clubs, go figure!

i do thinkt that braga will exit the competition next round, too. they did a great job for themselves and for portugal, but tottenham is performing well in th euefa cup and therefore i think they will progress... but... proove me wrong and i'll be happy.
