Yeah that is correct, its a huge party in el sur!!!!

Actually as a saprissa fan i am sad that we lost the apertura championship, BUT Saprissa eliminated Alajuela in the semifinals, that is more important for us.

Heredia was eliminated by PZ on the other semifinal.

SO heredia, saprissa and alajuela that is the 95% of the soccer fans of CR are sad, and if everybody is sad, then everybody is happy!

PZ was honored with applauses from Saprissas stadium last night...first time that i see that on my life.

Is me or is the tico league getting more competitive next to Saprissa and LDA? In the past Heredia and now MPZ...?

That is correct, it is more competitive
besides the traditional 4 teams, LDA, heredia, cartago and Saprissa, now small teams like Santos and PZ have won Aperturas titles twice in this last 4 years
also i new team joined the Costa RIcan Premier league, it is Escazu brujas, they just built a strong team, they had a slow start, but they seem to be a hard team for the clausura tournament
