USC game [R] PSU loses 1-0 to a team that had been 0-2 before this game. Wonder what that will do to their position in the rankings? http://www.collegesports.com/sports/w-soccer/stories/090602aal.html

Very interesting. After losing to USC, Penn St. turned around a beat UCLA, so they actually went up in the NSCAA poll. If there had been a poll in between those games, my guess is that PSU would have nearly fallen off the scale.

Hey..i was at the game on sunday...PSU vs JMU. It was a pretty good game actually. JMU held their own much more than I thought they could. Well Let me just say that PSU's #6 is amazing...she was by far the best player out there today. I saw Christie Welsh get her yellow...she just slid into the goalie...it was pretty physical the whole match....I left with 10 min still left..but other than that..good game...
Cool. Someday I actually hope to see a Penn State Women's Soccer game. They didn't start the program until after I had left. #6 is Natalie Jacobs http://www.gopsusports.com/SoccerW/People/players/Playerprofile.cfm?rosterID=1915
