20% of Americans can't find the USA on a map. What sayeth you, Miss Teen South Carolina?

Haven't read the whole thread but I got a couple of questions:

1) Is this the same 20% that still supports Bush and the neocon policies?

2) Does Bush fall into this 20%?

 

Okay, she's as thick as two short planks, but isn't that a prerequisite for a contestant in a beauty pageant? It's not like she mixed up APEC and OPEC for chrissakes!

The "U.S. Americans" thing was odd though - that's what you say in German in order to differentiate between people from the United States and those from other countries in North and South America.

 

On College Gameday,she showed on a map where AppState was.

She was extremely overdressed ..
