well I was trying to ice stake , but lets just say I ain't no Torvill or Dean ....whichever one was the bloke. I was actually moving slower then walking pace when i went over on my ankle it's beena real pain in the arse , I went to the Lane for the Newcastle game and taht was fine but a trip up to Glasgow might be pushung it a bit.
