yeah i have to agree, like i said i think that third spot (if Hansa doesn't keep ********ing up) will go to Freiburg or Duisburg...I feel whoever team makes the bigger mistake (that might just be one loss with the way things are going) can lose out on 1st liga...That extra point Duisburg has on us is really starting to piss me off!

ah and zac, at least you guys are out of relegation right now...What i'm hoping for RWE is for them to be under this terrible threat until 3 points in Duisburg secures their survival and Freiburg's promotion :D

P:S uwe...yes i've now heard the gegen Gladbach, habt ihr eine chance

    Spieltag 30.

    Freitag 20.04.07 18:00
    TSV 1860 München : 1. FC Köln
    1. FC Kaiserslautern : Kickers Offenbach
FC Erzgebirge Aue : Rot-Weiss Essen

    Sonntag 22.04.07 14:00
SpVgg Greuther Fürth : SC Paderborn
    MSV Duisburg : Eintracht Braunschweig
SC Freiburg : FC Carl Zeiss Jena
    SpVgg Unterhaching : TuS Koblenz
    Wacker Burghausen : FC Augsburg

    Montag 23.04.07 20:15
    Hansa Rostock : Karlsruher SC

    -------------------------------------

Relegation-wise there are some good match-ups. 'Haching again is up-against-it as they are home to Koblenz. Both RWE and Offenbach have tricky fixtures as they play Aue and Kaiserslautern respectivly. MSV should handle Braunschweig, but, it is likly that Fuerth will have problems at home to a surging Paderborn.

Kyle, one good thing for you guys this weekend is that Duisburg has the ultimate "trap game".

Guys who are pretty much relegated at home......

RWE hold Erzgebirge in Aue, a result that Im not to thrilled about. Ok, Away in Aue, comming away with a point is good, and had we won the home game against 'Haching I would be LOVING this result. But since we tied the home game versus "Haching, the draw today dosent do too much.
I had to miss most of the game which I wassnt happy about, but I was glad that the boys bunkerd down and at least got a point.
Aue pushed hard at the end, in a game with little chances, but RWE defended well. Good to see Holger Wehlage get some game time though!

    FC Erzgebirge Aue : Rot-Weiss Essen 0:0 (0:0)
    Aue - No Goals
    RWE - No Goals

    That's good news.

It's hard to rate this draw. Since Aue is very strong at home, i'd be contented! This 1 point could maybe make the difference in the end...

Here the other 2 results from tonight:

    1860 - Köln 3:1 (1:1)

    http://www.kicker.de/fussball/2bundesliga/spieltag/spielpaarungsbericht/object/763765

    Lautern - OFC 4:0 (2:0)

    http://www.kicker.de/fussball/2bundesliga/spieltag/spielpaarungsbericht/object/763768

It seems that Kaiserslautern is back on the success track with the new manager Wolfgang Funkel. At least they kept alive their last chance for promotion...

1860 seems to improve as well under their new manager Marco Kurz.

    Other 30. Spieltag - 20.04.07 Results:

    TSV 1860 München : 1. FC Köln 3:1 (1:1)
    TSV - Goektan ('6, '68), Ghvinianidze ('59)
    FCK - Broich ('41)

    1. FC Kaiserslautern : Kickers Offenbach 4:0 (2:0)
    FCK - Mueller ('33), Ziemer ('37), Simpson ('47), Bohl ('82)
    OFC - No Goals, Rehm ('19 - Yellow-Red Card)

    ----------------------
TSV win again agaist mediocre Koeln thanks to a brace by Goektan. Good result for RWE as 'Lautern destroys 10-man Offenbach. Nice to see the Canuck, Josh Simpson, get on the board.

    That's 2008-09.

Top half of the two Regionalligas go to the new league.

Then how does the next level work. The amatures in the Regionaligas obviously drop into it, will that and the oberligas be enough?

Borussia: I did see the photos. Brought tears to my eyes. Glad you had a good time even if though we handed you your ass.

Oh, I know, but if RWE had won that home game against SpVgg, this result would of been awesome!
Aue is very tricky and Im happy about the point, just wished it was three. I know, i'm greedy

well...all i can say is this was our chance....Yet it wasn't our day, was not our ********ing day  the big mistakes were made by the people who have saved our asses all season(all season meaning the second half)....I think Jena were lucky we were that awful infront of goal

now i'mma go be depressed and sleep :(

One other sad note from this Round, it is not certain that Braunschweig will be relegated. I know for some that means little or may not be a surprise, but personally I like the "other" Loewen and was hoping they would stay up. Sorry to see them drop and hope they will be back up year after next.

Yes, for me it´s also sad, because i keep my fingers crossed for every North team except Hamburg, but after a Hinrunde with 9 points,
everything but avoiding relegation would have been a wonder.

The next season will be a difficult one, maybe as close as this RL Nord
season, because rank 11 - 20 mean relegation, only the top 10 qualify
    for the new 3rd Bundesliga.

Come on, sportfriend, don´t be sad.

The situation didn´t change very much,
there are 4 teams within 3 points,
anything can happen in the last 4 matches.

i know i'm being over-dramatic it's just we had some great chances (including a penalty) and the boys just couldn't do it...It was extremely depressing
next match in Offenbach we'll be without Walke, Pitroipa and Mohamad
since they all picked up their 5th yellow card.

and if this team really wants 1st liga, which they already proved...That could of been our lucky break since Duisburg got the draw, but we were even more stupid.

ohwell, brings us back to reality...myself and every other SC fan wants 1st liga so bad, but i really do think we won't be ready for it.
