    I wonder how much press this statement has gotten so far...It would seem that it'd be important to show how the avg. player feels about the lack of action by most people who are supposed to be concerned about issues like this....

    Wagman should just stop doing his ratings. He gave both Gibs and HeyDude a 5.5.
    Defender Frankie Hejduk - 5.5: The Dutch are very much a left-sided team which put Hejduk under tremendous pressure. He responded very well. He was beaten to the inside on the Dutch goal, but he should have had help which was not there.

    is wagman *#*#*#*#ing blind?

    watching frankie in that game was like watching pedro against the yankees in the 7th game of the alcs last year. everyone knew he needed to be taken out.

    Wagman is infamously the worst soccer writer out there. Trecker Jr. and Graeme Jones are snarky pricks, but Wagman compounds his muddled facts with demented observations.

    i'm sorry, but i must disagree. trecker, jr. beats wagman by a nose. he prints downright lies.
