I wonder if it will be on TV? Here in Canada last year FPTV showed all Benfica games, some live some on tape delay.

M.Fernandes is being converted into a more attacking position, until we get a n10. I believe he can do it in a pinch, but not for a complete season.
why though we have Karyaka that can easily play Number 10 pretty good like we havent used him much really hes a good player hes proved that he can play number 10 like why doesnt he just use him wtf
New coach, new system, and a few new faces - not the way you want to start the season, but it could've been worse for them - they could've lost...
It's just the first game.....no biggy. One thing i must say, R.Rocha is a great defender but he doesn't give the left flank any speed. I rather see Dos Santos there. Simao has nobody to make playes with. 0-0 is not great but like Forca said they didn't loose or alow a goal.
I just want to add one side note. The SportTV commentator asked Petit in the flash interview if this could take Benfica after the race for the title??? Is he kidding me????? First game of the season!!! A tie and he asks that??? I was thinking, what kinda of jornalists are these?
Benfica was very dull in the first half, and only created one good scoring opportunity. Academica wasn't much better. Benfica played a little bit better in the second half, but squandered the few chances that had. 0-0 is the correct score.
They still got a point out of it. Not all good news. Besides let's win our game first before we start hurling insults.
