Wow I wished that Cantona still played.. hopefully he will coach so we can see some more brilliance and anger.

I'm pretty excited to watch this match tonight. Shearer probably reconsidered his decision after that massacre. :D

That backheel from Cantona was sublime. Unbelievable Stuff. My favorite moment was when the announcer said "they're telling me about this norwegian prospect, Solskjaer".

I know. It's funny to see players like Scholes, Becks, Giggs, Keane all so young, knowing what they'll accomplish in three years time.

Fun stuff. My wife had never seen the Great Dane play before (or much of Cantona either). She came away very impressed with him. I would love to see more of those types of games replayed.

I love the idea of the "FA Archives", and I'm sure theres an endless amount of games they could play, which I'd personally rather watch than the "Premier League Classics" from this past season. Compared to this charity shield, there is nothing classic about those fixtures.

Yeah, ESPN Classic Canada has shown FA Cup Finals from 1970's, 1980's, and 1990's in the past....

What a match ... Schmeicel was amazing, the command of the box was unlike any other. God I hope VDS brings some of that to OT. What can you say about Cantona the enforcer??

They should definitely show those more often, especially for latecomers to the club (like me... :(). What brilliance from Cantona, its like the man was everywhere. The clips you see of him just don't do justice. You have to watch him really ply his trade for 90 minutes to understand. Keane was an absolute demon out there. The backline was solid and composed. Fantastic stuff all around.

Holy crap. We were a lot better than Newcastle in that game. Looked like men amongst boys. Also makes you wonder why Keane doesn't shoot from distance more. When you think about it, even today - his long shots are remarkably accurate and hard (though he doesn't put all that much curl on them).

Porborsky didn't have too bad a game, did he?

    no kidding.
Tossing opposing players about, and that looks of annoyance when he gets the yellow for it.
No arguing, no swearing, just *that* look.
    Classic.
