    Africa normally only gets 5. They got six this time around because SA is the host nation.

    no, the original poster generated the REAL 17-32 based on points in the group, as FIFA would assign them. Not an 17-32 based on opinion. Yours is just an opinion, but the 17-32 in the OP are the 17-32 FIFA will use for future seedings and confederation distribution of WC teams.

    Did they ever use that? I thought technically they were all regarded as 17th.
