Here's the preview package from the official site. I'm going to be out of town for this one but im going to set my VCR for it. Should be a thrilling game . . . . .

BTW, I have not been here for a while due to my broken computer. But its back and running well and I look forward to being able to enjoy Bigsoccer again. :)

Every derby match is a big one, but this is the biggest in years. I can't believe it's not on TV here (or anywhere, so it seems). :(

deciding not to televise this match is absolutely ludicrous.

I've noticed that Chelsea v Everton is live on Sky Sports this monday. But why not Everton v Liverpool today instead?

The most important derby since the 1989 cup final and it's not live. I tried to get some tickets but with no luck.

The only country in the world, where it will be shown in full is Japan, and that is 20 hours after the game finishes.

Well it took me a few days to get over this one. I just have one thing to say. Campbell must go. Liverpool had to nuetralize Rooney and when that was done there was no one left to score. With Rads in there the score line would have been different. There was no way they were going to stop Rads and Rooney together. In todays match the same thing appeared. Stop Rooney and you have the game won. Everton cant score.

i'm sad to say i agree with you. against chelsea, and at times against liverpool, they were putting 2/3 men on rooney every time he got the ball, taking him out of the game. sure, that's great for the rest of the team if you have other creative players who can forge open chances for themselves. at the moment, we simply don't have that creativity tho. i'm looking round the pitch wondering where the goals are gonna come from.

you're right. we need radz back.

I just wonder if Moyes and crew are kicking themselves for not making a better offer to the MLS for Mcbride. We know he can put the ball in the net.

Damn! I've been looking forward to seeing a Merseyside derby ever since reading about the one in December. I've gotten FSW a couple months ago, and I can't believe this one wasn't on there! Why would Sky not carry this one? Was it carried anywhere in England? That's absolutely insane to me. Two teams battling for a champ league spot, local rivalry, two young exciting strikers, controversy from the last one, Roonaldo playing against his most hated team! What more could you ask for? I'm still in shock, I assumed it would be on FSW.

Anyways, just saw the Everton vs. Charlton game on FSW yesterday. :( I hope they can rebound and at least come away with a UEFA Cup spot.

Simple Ryman There was a London Derby being played and that is why we got The Arsenal match. Sucked big time. Yah and I wish we didnt get the Everton Chelsea match. Put me in a depression all day.

Any london derby isn't as big as Everton v Liverpool. :) The only time they show games on Saturday in England is at 12:00pm either on Sky Sports 1 or pay-per-view, which is £5 and they didn't show anything last Saturday.

I think it was because they shown the Liverpool v Everton game earlier on in the season, Sky normally only show the Merseyside derby once a season. And it's always at Anfield. Chelsea v Everton was scheduled from the start of the season, and I think they didn't want the same team being broadcasted twice in three days. Especially Everton, who I think have been live on sky the most this season (one of the most anyway).
