There is no specific link I'm just reading the Italian Napoli forum and many of them are saying the players have thrown in the towel. Earlier today when he was asked if the Rino rumors bother him, he answered “I haven’t thought about quitting, because if my past teaches me anything, it’s that the worse things go, the better we manage to turn them around.”

That was a very weak league season, 71 pts was enough for 2nd. I guarantee you 71 pts won't be enough for top 4 this season in Serie A.

Very weak argument. He was horrible in the second half of last season too. Why did he stay and talked of scudetto in the summer? The problems were there.

What he has done is criminal and remember this is a year in which Juve is struggling.

Let's be real they aren't struggling they tied 3 games and just lost their first match on the 15th Matchday. They're still on pace for over 90 points

I expected us to challenge and apply the pressure at the very least, Juve's squad is old and will run out of gas. Unfortunately the only team that's running out of gas is Napoli atm

Which I blame Ancelotti for but honestly the players too, in games they don't look like they want it... I completely agree that the job of a coach is to motivate the players, but the players need to want it as well. It shouldn't be all on Ancelotti to motivate them to win a game.

That video of our guy running towards Udinese’s side just to see his teammates all walking behind him really hurt...

That was Mario Rui sprinting up trying to get everyone going and nobody else running with him. Mertens was the player to his right who just completely stopped and walked forward.

Yes and this is another reason why I think the players are the problem. Some people here have repeatedly used the blasphemous argument that we need to give our players more money, to match the salaries of Juve. Bullshit. The reason why Juve earn so much money is because they have been getting results for a long time. Many of you have become crazy: not only do you ignore that the amount of money they earn is a blasphemy to those on Earth who often die because of a lack of funds, but you also wish to give them the money without giving us sth to earn it. If they want the ********ing blasphemous money, let them at least earn it, for God's sake. Now they have shown their colors and I'd give them a bowl of shit to eat every day, that's what I'd give them...

Let each man who wants money for nothing go wherever they damn well please. Juve will also not give any of our players unreasonable money. Maybe those who have so much money that they don't care at all will, but Juve still has at least some semi-reasonable policies.

[QUOTE = "Euphorius Thor, post: 38356377, member: 302029"] I think the players are the problem. The blasphemous argument that we need to give our players more money, to match the salaries of Juve. Bullshit. The reason why Juve earns so much money is because they have been getting results for a long time. Many of the money's worth to those on earth earn it. If they want the ******** ing blasphemous money, let them at least earn it, for God's sake. Now they have their colors and I would give them a bowl of food to eat every day, that's what I'd give them ...

I will really love to work for you because you are still giving your 100% despite a pay cut or not getting your salaries? For all we know, ADL may have paid. October salaries and this is already an excellent way to motivate the players.

As I said, ADL stirred up this shitstorm with his backward ideas of forcing the players into ritrio. Yet you only want to blame the players and said nothing of that old bastard. The same set of players just two seasons ago got close to a league Now all these is down the drain.

As they are paid players, they are paid millions but that's what the market rate is. Some sports paid their athletes even more. Look at boxing for example. And I won't even mention the celebs. It's called Capitalism. You seems to keep harping on this. Don't like it? You should go and migrate to North Korea.

I have already argued that the president of Lazio declared sth even more damaging towards the players some time ago, and I have repeatedly praised the brave reaction of the players. They reacted like REAL PEOPLE, ready and willing to show sth, to prove him wrong, effective immediately.

That's how the market works? Have you ever heard of reformers? They are the people who managed to stop burning innocent women at the stake, racism, bigotry, and often just outright stupidity. You are most probably one of those personalities who have been throwing obstacles right in their path for no good reason at all.

The fact that sth works the way it does does not necessarily have to mean that it is perfect and nobody can fight to change it so that it becomes healthier and cleaner. According to people like you, racism should have been preserved and glorified, and you'd probably like to burn a 'witch' or two at this very moment just because that's just the way it is.

You remind me of one interview with Carl Sagan, one where Carl suggested that perhaps attempting to educate the homeless people without constantly forcing them to compete could have increased the intellectual potential of our race, if I can paraphrase. The interviewer at once violently asked him if he was a socialist. No ideas permitted, for the market must be the market, and if poor children will be sold on it to suck old dicks, well, it is the market and it deserves to sell children to old men to suck their dicks.

Well, at least I find support when I peruse the thoughts of people like Carl, Feynman, Tolstoy... But it's hard when the arguments of people in the real world of today are as strong as this: "It is what it is and that's what it must be." Oh my God.
