Marcus starts. Reading have been in a slide the last two matches. They need to turn that around against Derby.
Derby seems to have a free audio stream as well. Just have to register and then you can listen. This is according to Socceraudio. Have not tried it myself.
And Marcus tossed the ball into the stands to celebrate. Brown seems to be replacing Upson well enough. But cureton's goal was a gimme, but whether or not we can continue to find goals seems to be the biggest question. as one of the players is saying just now, ``With the way our keeper is playing, anything is possible..''

Apart from the penalty (rather dodgy handball decision that neither players nor fans appealed for) another game where Marcus had little to do. He could have donned a beret, set up an easel and taken up oil painting for long periods of the match. Derby were poor and fully deserved to lose to a last minute goal from a keeper's mistake. Cureton may not catch the eye the way Forster does, but he's got that unteachable striker's instinct when it comes to pouncing on mistakes in the box.
The next Cecil Alden perhaps? ( I think he was a painter from reading, right? I used to walk down his street to school) So, do tell, how fast is Tyson? if we could improve this team with a single position upgrade, where would it be most needed?
Sorry, but I've never heard of the bloke. Reading has produced Kate Winslet though. I'd like to see a good central midfielder added to the team, one who can play a ball through a defence just before the attacker is offside instead of just after. Or maybe if we could just get that young Mr Rooney from Everton to be tempted by the bright lights of Friar Street.... PS Yes I am on here rather late. I'm in the middle of a two week break (I had about 30 days paid leave this year and loads left over) and my body tends to adjust naturally to mid-Atlantic time. It's a right bugger when I have to go back to work and try getting up at 7.30 rather than about 11.
Alden did a Cadbury's advert and some fine paintings and stuff back about 1900, and a drive was named after him in Tilehurst. I used live next to that drive. I dare say he is no kate winslet. As for a center mid, we've been lacking quality there since the former tottenham kid left, Darren Caskey ( a bit unpopular, I understand, but a nice foot ). Reading really should raid the US one more time, maybe get lucky with Mathis (since his value has dropped a bit, it seems), but I've got to admit, there's a better chance of grabbing a defender than someone further up, what with price and limited number who'd qualify for a work permit.
