    Everton v Liverpool?
    WTF?

Going to have to Tivo it for Friday night then.

If we get a point against city, it'll be a good result, they're in fine goal scoring form.

but they lost to Wigan today, so maybe we can prey on their dissapointing result.

CFC vs. MCFC...What better time for SWP to break his D-U-C-K?

After his performance today, he'll be lucky to make the bench.

he won't play and that is why Jose started him today. It will be Robben and Duff(if healthy) or Cole on the wings and Guddy in the middle.

I just feel bad for SWP b/c his form is directly correlated to the amount of minutes he gets.

I agree with that. For all the talk we had over the summer about needing four wingers, I feel kind of bad for SWP. Yeah, we'll be glad to have him for cover if Robben or Duff are out for any extended period of time, but given Joe Cole's form in contrast to that of Eidur right now I think having cover for Essien and Maka in midfield is a bigger issue at the moment than having four wingers. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad we have him, but in a way I feel like we're wasting his talent letting him sit on the bench right now. I wouldn't complain at all if we were to loan him out to a mid-table club and pick up a younger, developing winger from a smaller English club plus maniche/lucho to play the third midfield spot when Essien's away. As much as I like Eidur, he's been holding on to the ball far too long lately to be effective playing in three-man midfield.

According to reports, Del Horno, Essien, and Carvalho will be out with injuries. Joe Cole will miss the West Ham match due to his 5th yellow. I know he gave away a penalty but I wonder if he intentionally tried to get a yellow so he'd miss one game over the Xmas period. Perhaps something he planned with Jose?

Oh, I think he'd want to play against West Ham, of all clubs. Too bad though - Cole's been our best player thus far this season.

I am so pissed that this game isn't on until Friday. I am going to have to download it tomorrow and watch it tomorrow night. Damn this sucks.

bbc normally show maybe 15 min's highlights, but football first on sky sports will first show the game of the day which could be anyone and thats a full 90mins,however they dont decide which match will be game of the day until 7:15,but if the match was already on sky live it wont be game of the day.

however after g.o.t.d. football first goes interactive all through the night were you can pick any match you want and you'll get 35mins of each half.

So if Carvalho is out of this one, does that mean we get Gallas and Terry at CB? I'm almost giddy with anticipation. :p

Drogba's in for Crespo, Terry and Gallas are CBs, del Horno and Geremi fullbacks, Duff and Cole on the wings, Essien, Lampard and Makelele in the middle. Wright-Phillips is on the bench. Bradley Wright-Phillips, that is.

Finally, Billy and JT in the middle. Geremi for Paulo, interesting, and i like Robben being rested.

He's on the bench. I have to say, I'm really surprised not to see SWP on the bench. I'd have thought he'd love to play against his old club.

News flash from Manchester, Lampard has gone off during warm up to be replaced by Eidur. Looks like this is the end of the streak?

According to the infamous Steven Cohen because of the Bolton postponement Everton is moving to delay and the Champions are on live on FSC, hoping it is so.
