So Juve score 2 after going a man down evening the aggregate, and they have 5-10 minutes left. The red was bullshit imo too.

Vinícius enjoyed that celebration to the fullest. happy for him.

couldn't post it at the time of the goal but i did see the corner flag dance.

ridiculous he got a yellow in leg 1 for it

the penalty at the end of the Dortmund Atalanta game was silly.

huge set back for West Ham.

apparently they have a £100m+ loss which would trigger big punishments if they go down

post game Sky Sports said this is Tottenham's joint longest no win run ever in the league. luckily no one else around them won either.

title races in Italy and Germany are basically settled, La Liga is two teams stumbling to a finish, Ligue 1 looks close but haven't been following, EPL is what it is.

i am actually keeping tabs on Scotland these days, Hearts are leading and if they pull this off it will be akin to Boavista in 2001. probably decades since a non-Rangers or Celtic won the league there. could be something special

Rice should have given away a penalty for both a foul and a handball. Plus a yellow. Shocking he got away with both on a video review. It was clear as day on both.

Different rules for Arsenal on corners - at both ends it seems.

They are currently ahead with a goal from probably the first time they haven’t fouled the keeper at a corner ironically (despite Chelsea whinging).

Chelsea equal the record for number of red cards in a prem season.

Pretty realistic that they break it at this rate to go clear with 10

Good result for our CL hopes. Bit of a gap now to 6th. Might need it with games Chelsea, Villa and Liverpool still ahead.

Not to make the Iran strikes about me, BUT I have tickets to the Egypt vs Iran game at the WC this summer. It's also the gay pride game (designated by Seattle). This shit just keeps getting weirder. I assume if Iran drops out, they'll just replace them with another bubble team?

Seriously though I suspect this is resolved one way or another way before then, but who knows.

Hope nobody is caught up in any of this and stay safe.

They're our guardian angels of late, leading us they themselves can't have.

Also definitely because I swapped Haaland for Ekitike and captained him in FPL ;)

so that winner yesterday for Wolves meant that liverpool now have the record outright for stoppage time winners conceded.

interestingly enough Arsenal have conceded a fair few late goals as well. less of them were winners though but still cost points

Saw scholes say arsenal may be one of the worst teams to ever win the PL. I haven’t watched them a ton, but when I have, I’d have to agree. There’s nothing exciting about that team.

    Tottenham hit self-destruct yet again.

it's impressive in a way how often they've done this this season

Ornstein has reported that most of the Tottenham players have relegation clauses in their contracts to cut their salaries if that becomes reality.

basically all those signed under Levy. did he know or expect something? or is that just standard?

    makes you wonder

It's mostly standard, unless an agent pushes back as part of negotiations. This does happen, see Leicester as an example.
