maybe you didn't see or don't remember but there was a video posted of him years ago with a poorly executed tumble celebration.

Crystal Palace ousted by Macclesfield in what they are calling the biggest FA Cup shock ever. they do have a tendency to say that though

not sure. pretty sure it was back 3.

Diallo is heading back as well. Egypt took out Ivory Coast today.

he did well with 3 goals. one of the top scorers

watching Inter Napoli. still undecided on Chivu as a coach.

not a fan of some of the decisions he makes but he is at this moment top of Serie A

FT 3-2 ..Madrid missed 2 great chances in final minutes. Barca won. Rashford was also subbed on but zero end product, similar to united time and missed 1on1 as well.

Would still like ancelotti. Madrid announced interim straightaway.

He runs a 343, the rumors will be non stop. We will sell Case and buy Xhaka.

Not excited about any of the options for various reasons. Don't know what other people think, but initial thoughts on the options.

Long post bc it is a list, TLDR would be OK with Ancelotti, Tuchel or Emery bc they know the league and play fairly regular systems. Some other managers exciting but we need EPL experience.

    Alonso
Sure he has played here but to we really want another coach who has to learn the intensity of the EPL and how their tactics will adjust? After EtH and Amorim struggling with this we don't have the time (and GLIneos clearly don't have the patience). Same goes for Nagelsmann / Enrique / Xavi / Zizu.

    Ancelotti
"The Manager of Stars" as he is elite at won't find many stars to manage here. He did OK at Everton, but he really thrives managing top players. Supposedly more of a motivator than a training ground coach. If he comes we need a number 2 like Carrick (if he shows some promise) or someone else to do some of that work and maybe be an option to take over later given Ancelotti age.

** Edit: apparently the training ground guy is Ancelotti son Davide who is supposedly highly respected and is Assistant Manager (with appropriate manager badges) who does a lot of the work

    Tuchel
Knows the league, solid tactically. Has a half-life with owners and some players (bit like Mou in that regard). His system with multiple #10s would actually suit the players we have (ie Bruno, Cunha etc.). Not excited but he would make sense. Jim talked to him. GLIneos would be scared sh1tless he might question their bs and restrictions. Will take him 5 seconds to sus out Wilcox :)

    Emery
A very unexciting prospect but actually would make the most sense. Knows this league very well. Manages to get a lot out of average players and an average squad (which is pretty key to us as this squad is poor in many areas). Would be crazy for him to leave Villa for our mad house though, so unlikely.

    Glasner
Rate him highly but we don't want a back 3 manager.

    Southgate
    Vomit

    De Zerbi
Just not convinced and can't explain why.

    McKenna
    Too soon. Needs more experience.

he most likely wouldn't based on past allegiance.

even if he would, it would be back to 3 at the back although a different formation.

i'm a fan but this current setup probably won't work for him or most.

even if he does really well, it is only 1 of 3 aspects. that can only get you so far

Xabi play the 343 when he was at Leverkusen but he didn't play that a real Madrid so he is flexible. And you're doing disrespect the glasner saying he's a 343 guy also. In several interviews with them he says he adapts his system based on his players and I believe when he came in to Palace he was running the 4231 successfully. He said he changed based on the talent available and the talent of the players

We need more experience and more balls.

He quit because Mbappe and them were too much for him. Not surprising, to coach Madrid you literally have to give zero ********s and just do you. Vini crashed out, Mbappe crashed out. etc etc

We need to be done with anyone who doesnt know about the EPL besides Ancelloti. No to any back 3 manager, including De Zerbi [who will also quit when Wilcox tries to do his job for him]. Alonso has EPL experience as a player, but he's too new.

Guys why no one is talking about new signings with next full time manager. Alonso wanted 2 more midfielders despite having Bellingham, Valverade, Tchoumieni camavinga. Imagine all the the foreign manager listed comes in and watch Ugarte Casemiro and unproven Mainoo dancing around middle of park.
