The game of the night, possibly the year, was Notre Dame at Stanford. The Cardinal took a 2-1 lead in the 85th minute on a penalty-kick goal and held that lead until 9 seconds left, when a yellow card was issued to Stanford's Rowan Schnebly for time wasting. They put some time back on the clock and the Irish took advantage, scoring with Mitch Ferguson scoring with 12 seconds remaining in the game.
