Please correct me. I don't care....I tried to do this quickly and didn't check Setanta....they must have added it late. Thanks. GPK
No, those bastards buried it for some reason on their site. You have to click on North America then Setanta Pub Schedule. For some reason it's not on TV Schedule, where they list every game. F'n idiots. Most people probably don't even know it's on now because they can't get their ********** together.
Interesting line up C Cudicini G Johnson, A Ricardo Carvalho, J Terry, W Bridge A Smertin, C Makelele, S Parker A Robben, D Duff, D Drogba
Very strong side out there tonight. Carlo Cudicini 23 Wayne Bridge 18 Glen Johnson 2 Alberto Ricardo Carvalho 6 John Terry 26 Damien Duff 11 Claude Makelele 4 Scott Parker 19 Alexei Smertin 5 Didier Drogba 15 Arjen Robben 16 Bench. Petr Cech 1 Renato Paulo Ferreira 20 Joe Cole 10 Frank Lampard 8 Eidur Gudjohnsen 22
Odd lineup for us - Makelele, Parker and Smertin in midfield, Drogba up top, and both Duff and Robben in....... Kezman not on the bench, from what I see, while Cole is. Weird. I really expected more of a 4-4-2 from us with Drogba and Kezman with Cole there too..... Supposedly we're looking "all at sea" in the first few minutes. Looks like we'll have to wait for Lampard's introduction to win.
I'll bet Cole isn't impressed with being on the bench either, probably fully expected to start in this one. It'll be very interesting too see how we do with Drogba in there with Duffer and Robben as opposed to Gudjohnson - which by all accounts has been a first class combination for us. Very defensive side out there tonight i must say.
Bod Snap Yeah, odd line-up, too much tinkering perhaps? I don't like us without Lampard playing to be honest.
Really hoping we pull this off tonight. Apart from the obvious, it's great too see Johnson and Parker get some meaningful games under their belts. I winder whats up with Kezman though, if he's not injured or sick, i do think that something can be read into the fact that he didn't make the squad.
Sounds like we're doing much better than at the start. We seem to be torturing them down the flanks now, which is they way to go.
According to the BBC we've got 67% of the possession. With that midfield, that's a terrible sign for Fulham. Diop's down for a while.
half-time. Possession: Fulham 33% Chelsea 67% Shots: Fulham 6 Chelsea 6 Corners: Fulham 2 Chelsea 3 Fouls: Fulham 5 Chelsea 7 Bookings: Fulham 0 Chelsea 0
Goals are the only stats that count Hold it steady and then bring on Lampard and Ediur and they won't know what hit 'em.
Couldn't agree more Monkee. Things have gone very American in the last decade with all the focus on bloody stats. Remember the old days, the only things they listed were the goal scorers and who got subbed. *Thinks of the old days.... *Remember the shyte teams... *Quickly likes the stat thing again
