Scoreless in the first half, Jovan on the pine. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport/hi/engl...tatistics/teams/b/birmingham_city/live_hi.stm
Damn I can't believe that with the problems BCFC has been having offensively that Jovan can't break into the starting XI. I hope he gets to show something in the second half.
Since when has Kirovski ever been associated with offensive firepower? I agree that Birmingham is struggling, but Kirovski is certainly not the answer to their woes...
yea, but the way steve bruce feels about him i am also kinda surprised that he has not broken in to the starting XI. granted he has never been known for lighting up the scoreboard, but i just think that bruce's history with jovan would get him in the starting XI. he must not be impressing in practice...
Last year when he was "playing" for Palace before Francis took over. He had the offense playing very well from reports I saw.
I prefered Jovan not playing in Portugal to his not playing at BC. But I still think his not playing at Dortmund was the best not playing of his career.
I'm not sure I agree. Donovan's not playing in Bundesliga made him great, but Frankie H.'s not playing in Germany doesn't seem to have done much for him. With Jovan's historic lack of production, he's lucky that he's got a team to not play with at all.
I'm not sure (and I don't feel like looking it up), but I think Kirovski scored quite a few goals when he was on loan in the 2. Bundesliga. Birmingham isn't doing that badly so far for a just-promoted team - I wouldn't be surprised if Bruce doesn't see the need to shake things up, regardless of what he thinks of JK.
Frankie's not playing might have been some of the most valuable not playing ever seen by a U.S. player as he went on to start in 4 of 5 World Cup games.
I think Kiro has talent but he's one guy that really needs a season in MLS. Unfortuantely I doubt he'll ever play here. It seems like he'll be content middling through lower divisions in Europe, If he doesn't strt seeng some PT I don't think he'll be at BCFC next season. It would be great to see him suit up for Seattle in 2004.
