Jozy good, everyone else just ok or bad.

2 goals in 6 matches. Hardly any possession or shots on goal..just awful.

Had we won another game under Klinsmann, we'd all be saying a 1-0 loss to France is a respectable result.

Beckerman was the MOTM for me. We were very organized defensively, cut everything out when he was in. Things became disjointed when he came out.

Tough break for Bocanegra on the goal, seemed Klinsmann was coaching for the 0-0.

I think Beckerman proved that he deserves to be on this team today.

    sigh

    once again - no attack.

it is time to sacrifice some defense and put another attacker forward (4 - 4 - 2) ....

we have an awesome keeper ...

take the chances in defense to put more attack on the field ....

    6 games and NO GOALS

I'm only disappointed in our lack of continuing the pressure of attack in the last 30 mins, oh yeah and Dempsey's lack of team attack play other then that I'm not too upset, maybe a little bit when it comes to the ref but seriously who doesn't get mad at the Ref?:D:rolleyes::confused:

    We could've held the draw.
That goal was basically another Asamoah Gyan from '10.
Awkward bounce and two steps behind.

Altidore was very strong today. Had no support though in this weak alignment.

Did anyone else notice how our play became more fluid and dangerous after Edu was subbed off? The guy shouldn't be starting...

Yes seriously. He didn't have many dangerous, threatening passes. But his role was to play right in front of the defense and cut things out, he did that very well. In the first half, against the French A-team in Paris, they had 1 or 2 dangerous opportunities. He was great defensively.

While some were better and some were worse, I have a hard time blaming the players for this loss.

Beckerman is great if you don't need to attack ...

he works fine in MLS ... but he is not international quality.

Jones makes the first offensive, incisive pass out of central midfield....in stoppage time.

I think we're ready to start changing things up in the linking midfield role. The Beckerman role (whoever plays it) is going to help a lot defensively, but we need more attacking creativity from the linking position.

I also like having two actual wide players in the game. Williams looks lost out there and may be a candidate for another position. I'd like to see Shea/Johnson on the wings to start the next match.

Jozy...pretty damn good. Goodson...shows maybe why JK isn't so concerned about capping Omar and GJ as the rest of BigSoccer is.
