They are giving him the keys tonight seemingly.

In what way? Seems like he'll be on the left again based on that lineup. Which makes sense because it'd be kinda dumb to take someone who has been unsettled and change their position one game after they score three goals.

speculation based on the lineup around him but just speculation. we'll see how he's used. I'd expect quite a bit of attacking freedom, lamps is good that way, he allows his guys to play and not worry too much about leaving gaps in the defense.

Pulisic against Wan-Baska for the full 90 is going to be fun.

Also looking forward to seeing Gilmour. Kid has talents, let's see how he fits in the squad with the rest.

Gilmour with have the central role.

Pulisic will have the freedom to move in centrally from the left and create havoc for the opposition D.

Lamp is quite a smart dude. 3G should try to have regular tea sessions with Lampy.

I don't see a scenario outside of injuries that results in him going 90 in this game.

He'd have Lampard playing Kante at right back in no time at all.

United are fielding a strong team for this unlike a lot of teams. Solskjaer needs some hardware.

Why not sub him out earlier if you're going to turn around and start him a few days earlier? Hopefully he has the legs for this. I appreciate the trust to feel like he's got to start every key game in the interim seemingly, but w/ that comes with expectations and less leeway if things don't go well, w/out being able to give "excuses" as to why.

United seem to be fielding the same team in all their games... w/ just a few changes here and there.

I think Pulisic got the message quite clear. If he doesn't produce every game, he will sit - which he did for a month. He wants to get in the 11 and get on the field, he simply have to produce, no excuses.

Not so sure he won't go 90. Abraham/Giroud for Bats seems likely, and Gilmour might not be able to handle this match and/or 90 minutes of it, leaving just one sub left for CP/CHO/injuries/unexpected tactical subs. Either way, could mean he's an offensive sub for the Watford match with Willian/Mount/Pedro all rested, but we'll see.

Was just trying to say that he will BE rested by the Watford match, not that he is or should be the first choice.

Kid is already dancing out there, beating 2 or 3 Man Utd players before being taken down on a play on foul
