What? This must be a typo. It says Milan is losing 1-0 to Club Brugge at the San Siro! Surely, this is not correct.
Apparently, it's true and the result is now in. Little Club Brugge has pulled off a truly remarkable victory, defeating the defending champions 1-0 IN MILAN. Il Grande grandissimo campione Milan is now in third place. Inexplicable. Inexcusable. Incomprehensible! Luckily, they have three games to make up for this blunder.
Fukin BS!!! If I was Ancellotti right now I would never forgive the team!!! I'd punch all of there lights out and make'em suffer for such an embarrassing defeat!! I hate this sh^t because without even watching the game I know exactly what happend: Milan fuked around with the ball and didn't do sh^t with it while Clubb Brugge (whatever the hell there called) played a tough game and courageously held on to their lead to make Milan look like a bunch of Donky's!! This game probably mirrors their Milan/Lazio game perfectly in that Milan took their possession for granted and almost walked away without any points! Enough of this crap...lets stop trying to play this stupid ass (attractive football garbage) and lets score some goals! As a Milan fan I simply cant stand for this sh^t!
thats right, leave this kind of "beautiful" soccer to the spanish teams. I think i love old (bad) good italian style afterall!
This is a horrible result against a tiny Belgian team. However, Milan's fate is still in its own hands. They will be well-advised to win the next three games in the group; then there is no problem. Victory in Belgium (especially with this added incentive of embarassment) will happen, as should a win in the San Siro against an out-of-form Vigo. The only game that really *should* cause problems is the game in Amsterdam (considering we had a difficult enough time at home). Milan is a team that rises to big occasions, however, so I do not see their Champion's League life in any real peril.
Well, at least there's one blue and black stripes wearing team that can beat Milan . I didn't see this game, but I saw the goalscorer Andres Mendoza in a couple of Peru's recent World Cup qualifiers. He looks like one to watch.
I just got done watching the match and all I can say is we should have won this game 57-0. If we were playing by NFL rules. Milan completely dominated the match up until they had to take a shot. Every shot ballooned off thier foot into the stands. It was amazing how inept thier shooting was. Seedorf was the biggest culprit and shouldn't have even have come out of the half time locker room. Sheva had a horrible game as well. It also looked like the luck we had against Lazio on Sunday came back to bite us bad. Pippo and later Sheva were both incorrectly whistled offside when they were clean through on goal. Milan have now taken thier poor form against the minnows into europe as well. Hopefully this will be a wakeup call. The good thing is I don't think they will take the game with Samp for granted now that they have been embarressed by Brugge. But now they will need to take at least 4 points from the games in Brugge and Amsterdam in order to qualify. And it could all come down to the last game against Celta. Well, it looks like Ancelotti's plan of qualification with 2 games to spare didn't work. Onto to Plan B. It's not all bad news for Milan though as now they will probably get a good crowd for the last game against Celta. And as we all know the most important part of the CL is the $$$
As a fan I'm optimistic about Milan's chances, but at the same time I'm also a logical thinker which forces me to believe that Milan's future in the competition is somewhat shadowed at the moment and therefore there is a serious possibility they may not qualify (rationally speculating ofcourse). A "real" Milan fan wouldn't say this, but that is to say "real" Milan fans aren't betters like me because they have to much pride and would never bet against their club. Obviously there is more than a good possibility that Milan can defeat Brugge and Celta, but than who's to say they cant lose? Amsterdam will be Milan's next visit and as a fan I believe they can win; but as a better I would definitley bet against Milan because it is only logical that the odds of Milan winning in Holland are against them. One thing is nearly certain, and that is if Milan qualify they will not be placed first.
Don't be so pessimistic. If we've learned anything from this Milan side is that they play better in the big matches. And now, since they have to win the matches against Brugge and Ajax, they are big matches. I think they will come out of those matches with at least 4 points and more than likely a win over Celta will make them top of the group. Looking back, Milan didn't play well against the relatively small clubs last year either. They sqeeked out a 2-1 home win over Lens and then lost the corresponding fixture 1-2. They also struggled against Lokomotiv only beating them 1-0 twice. But against the big boys, Bayern, Depor, Real, and Dortmund they won every game they played with thier starting 11. I expect Milan to really step it up now in the next couple weeks. I would be more worried if they didn't play well against Brugge. But they did play well, they just couldn't find the net. It wasn't thier night. I reckon it will be thier night in a fortnight in Brugge. Hopefully
Excuse me Mr. Canzano but it I think your comment is of no consequence. I seem to recall a milan victory in the previous champions league campaign. Not to mention over the (Dare I Say) probably the strongest team right now in Europe. The reason Ancellotti is still coach probably has to do with his previous successes with Milan. And everybody knows that when a strong team plays that of a smaller club with nothing to lose and expendible defenders you know your in for more of a war than you would get against teams like real madrid or Man U. Thats something for you to ponder.
