    More scoring in this one...

Kehl puts Dortmund up 3-1 in the 57th with a header

but Hannover finally get on the board with a goal from Vinicius just one minute later (58th minute for those without a calculator handy)

Jeez I can't keep up (and I'm refreshing after each time I post here)

Goal #6 for Dortmund ... this one is #2 for Koller on the day in the 77th minute.

Slow down guys... I can only type so fast.

    Dortmund 6
    Hannover 1

    Hannover must be playing better...

Now in the 83rd minute and Dortmund haven't scored since the 77th.

Then again there have been 3 substitutions since the last goal so probably not much actual game time.

    Wow...

Hannover applying the pressure... and cut the lead back to 4 with 5 minutes to go.

Wolf scores for Hannover in the 85th.

    Dortmund 6
    Hannover 2

    (Much better) :p

And it appears the carnage is over...

    Dortmund 6
    Hannover 2

No mentions of Cherundolo that I saw in the goal blurbs, but when the ratings come out... I don't expect many good (low) scores for Hannover defenders in this one.

Cherundolo had an awfull game cause 3 or 4 goals were made over his right defending side.

He was extremely weak in defense and I expect him to be one of the worst rated Hannover players.

That’s very bitter: Cherundolo wasn’t only rated 6, there’s also this article:

    CHERUNDOLO LOSES HIS SPOT

Steven Cherundolo recognised it himself: “It was a crap day”. For Hannover 96 and the right backer in particular. Before the crucial home game against 1860 on Saturday it seems to be clear: the US American lost his starting spot. Julian de Guzman, suspended in Dortmund, usually home in the midfield but already proved as left backer, is the first candidate.

Coach Ralf Rangnick lost his patience with Cherundolo – he didn’t blame him for the loss in Dortmund at all, but he is considering the overall situation. As with Jiri Stajner he was having many individual conversations with Cherundolo. “It was about his declining shape”, says the Coach and adds: “We talked enough, now he’s got to deliver.”

Cherundolo’s performance in Dortmund is just the peak of the iceberg for Rangnick. Explicitly he stated: “This performance won’t be enough to remain in the team. I will have to react if he continues like that.” What is also speaking for Cherundolo dropping from the lineup: Altin Lala had a promising comeback after his injury, de Guzman isn’t needed in the defensive mid anymore – and can defend as right backer against 1860.

    = = = =

To me Rangnick’s words rather sound like Cherundolo will play on probation in the next game(s), but we will see.

Cherundolo has now managed to drop to place 46 in the kicker ranking for defenders with an average rating of 4,0 ( 1 is best and 6 the worst). That makes him the worst rated, starting Hannover defender.

Overall the kicker has listed 67 players(the last is the german international michael hartmann lol)
