this is scary... our goal is under siege and there is still 6mins regulation plus i would think 18mins of time added on the way the ref is calling the game... yet another corner... we need to launch a good counter soon to ease the pressure and stop pool from comitting 14 players forward.
Bellion on for Rooney with just seconds left... good idea to waste some time and if we launch a long ball no one on the pitch is faster than David nor will they have gas in the tank... but its all over... 2 wins against the scum in one season.... SAF said we needed to win some 1-0 games. well this was far from safe but certainly entertaining well played by both teams and poorly played by the ref imo... not for Brown's 2 yellows but for his inability to card the pool players when they deserved it. keys to the win for us were Scholes and Silvestre... our defence was good and our attack was efficient and Scholes was amazing today.
