what would it take for Jovan to become a starter, a last minute goal winner ? if he could get more then 5 minutes and make an impact would help . I wonder if he is getting any better or just filling in for injured players .
I think Jovan just isn't good enough. He has enough skill for the Premiereship, it's just that he's not as athletic as you would like, especially his lack of pace. He could make up for this shortcoming by improving his technical skills, but he hasn't, for whatever reason. I think he's done the best he could with the talent he has, and has made a good living as a journeyman, but has never totally settled in anywhere. At this point in a player's career, he's not going to get any better. Most of the criticism of him comes from our high expectations. But in reality, he's probably done the best he could, and just couldn't meet our expectations. I wish him the best.
This is exactly right. I too, wish him the best. Perhaps this should be the end of the over the top Kirovski criticisms.
