There were some odd substitutions last night. Was SH trying to save players for Saturday? Michel looked about the worst he has all season, but replacing him with Warshaw? Agree Watson looked about the best he has all season.
Was anyone else's audio awful last night? Any in game announcements came ripping through my speakers, and a lot of the play by play was super static-y.
Apparently Michel caught a virus and was having trouble even breathing. Ferreira tweaked a hamstring so by the end of the game five starters were gone and the team did ok. A big plus from the depth everyone says we don't have. I think the team is set up well once all the injuries heal. Woodberry would be Loyd's backup not a central defender once Zimmerman and Keel return. Nunez adds depth at three attacking positions and would push Castillo for first off the bench. Still need one more defensive mid or number 8 type to really flesh out the squad. Wish we had the tournament games so more players would get real minutes hopefully a lot of backups start in the Open Cup games.
