Supposedly this is the formation: Reis Heaps-Riley-John BigRed-Parkhurst Ralston-Dorman-Smith Twellman-Noonan I suppose Parkhurst has the qualities of a good holding mid, but it's not the move I would have picked.
18th minute, Kenny with a great run, splits two defenders but his right footed shot finds the side netting.
Revs really attacking up the left side, through Smith. They haven't gotten many good shots off, but have won 5 corners, so it's working. 20th minute, Ralstons cross cum shot is snagged by Pickens.
21st minute, diagonal ball into the 18th from CJ Brown is just barely in front of Barret - Revs could have been in trouble there. SN is interviewed. No idea what he said.
24th minute, Twellman tracks back to poke the ball away from a Fire midfielder, Ginger collects the ball and fires a shot from 30 yards, over the goal.
25th minute, Ralston clears the ball over the line to give the Fire their first corner. They play a short corner and a left footed cross in to Robinson at the spot. Reis easily catches his header.
26th, Smith fouled hard near the center of midfield. Nothing comes of the resulting FK. Barret makes a long run and hits a hard shot from the top of the 18, Reis does well to parry. Replays show Heaps getting a hard elbow to the neck on the FK - ref didn't see it.
31st minute, John clears a ball out for a corner. Left-footed inswinger punched away by Reis. Revs with a promising counter, Ralston to Smith with a late square ball for Twellman about 15 yards out that he can't handle - the cross came about a second too late and caught him mid-step.

35th minute, John with a long ball down the left wing for Parkhurst, cleared for a deep throw by the Fire. Nothing comes of it. Later, a promising Fire through ball to Barret is snagged by Reis who came alertly off his line.
No problem - losing a feed always sucks. Dorman with a square ball into Twellman at the top of the 18, he steps on the ball and slips. 37th minute, Parkhurst goes down the left of midfield and chips a ball in for Cristman who is dragged down by CJ Brown. Yellow to Brown, FK form 25 yards out on the left side. Dorman's near-post FK is cleared for a corner.
39th minute, some passing on the CK results in a Heaps shot from 35 yards, well over everything. A bit later, Cristman wins the ball from the Fire midfield 25 yards out, his shot is well wide of the goal.
40th minute, Revs try the right side, but Heaps' chip is poor and intercepted by the Fire, Ginger with a professional foul to prevent the counter.
42nd minute, Reis with a nice save - didn't see who had the shot as my wife walked in front of the TV.
