PSV won with 3-1 in the end, Guardado won a penalty by going down easily. He was really good again. Started off as defensive midfielder and ended playing in a slightly more attacking role on the 3-mens midfield after Maher got replaced by Hendrix. I expect that will be his role in the CL, starting with Manchester United the 15th of September. Guardado & Moreno vs Chicharito! Not much else to say, and indeed, PSV will have a tough time in the CL. Defensively it is comical at times, but hope that Jetro Willems and Moreno will solve that problem. Scoring goals is another problem so far.
Explain why GOATdado isn't taking the penalties. But seriously, the space defenders leave in Eredivisie is something that always amazes me whenever I watch it. Why do all teams leave massive gaps at the back? Is it an unsigned agreement so there's spectacle or something?

Missed his first in the Johan Cruijff Shield and Locadia has one of the best close-goal shots in the Netherlands, shame he sucks in almost everything else though. But anyway, Locadia just happened to be playing and therefore he probably wanted a shot at scoring a penalty. Which is fair, since I do believe he is the best finisher of this team. It is still unkown who will be taking the penalties when the normal 11-play. Based on the previous match talks, it goes between Luuk de Jong, Guardado. Both Luuk de Jong and Guardado have missed one so far. Probably because in Dutch football culture, the worst, fattest and slowest players play defence when they start. Also, most defenders are scouted based on their football qualities, meaning how good you can dribble or pass a ball at a young. Which is pretty strange, since the Premier League shows you only need good awareness, composure, stability, strength, speed and length.
Not sure why, probably because he has not played a game for 2 months and has only been training with the team for one week. Starting with him in a such an important game would be a risk, I think he must be happy Cocu protected him. Will be a starter soon though, don't worry.
