So does Chucky miss PSV more than PSV miss Chucky? Neither are having the best of times.

  2. Forgot to mention that on top of the two suspensions they also missed two pivotal players, Ihattaren and Malen. So 4 of the normal line up gone and a blow in the quality department with the two injured players is a bad moment to get a red card against a team like AZ.

Did no one notice that 19 yr old Mex/American Richard Ledezma was on the bench for PSV vs AZ??? We need to call him up. Next thing you know he'll debut next game

    Not gonna happen.

By the way, they miss both Malen and Bergwijn.

  10. Willem II – PSV 2-1
    Willem II: Wellenreuther 7; Heerkens, 7, Peters: 7, Holmén 7,5, Nelom 7; Nieuwkoop 7 (87. Quinonez -), Llonch 6,5, Ndayishimiye 7; Nunnely: 8, Pavlidis: 6 (80. Gladon -), Köhlert 7,5
    PSV: Unnerstall 6,5; Dumfries 5,5, Schwaab 4,5 (78. Baumgartl -), Viergever 6, Sadílek 4; Rosario 5, Ihattaren 5,5, Gutiérrez 5 (67. Mitroglou -); Doan 5, Bruma 4 (68. Pereiro -), Gakpo 6

Guti not contributing to PSV. In a soccer show on tv they already for weeks are criticizing him. One of the talkers said about him that PSV has the only Mexican in Europe without passion. As Dutch consider Mexicans as passionate people ( and love them for it) this is as bad a comment as you can get.

I think many pointed out that PSV chose the wrong Pachuca player, victor Guzman would’ve cemented his place by now and let himself be known. Guti is a lazy player and he should’ve stayed in Liga MX. PSV can just sell him back to the league and make money that way.

Guti is talented, most of the PSV team is talented, the whole team is playing uninspired. When that happens and the team keeps losing, you'd think they would have gotten rid of that horrible coach. Maybe reinforcements and a new coach would change things around for PSV.

This. They'd easily recoup their monies and then some by selling to Tigres, America or Rayados... Then again, the duse would probably have to kiss a return to Europe goodbye unless he went to America...

  15. During the losses two of the best players in the league , Bergwijn and topscorer Malen, were injured and not playing. On top of that a couple of the experienced players were red carded, forcing the coach to play talents not ready for load bearing tasks yet.
MvB has to do it with the players the TD bought and deemed sufficient, which they're not.
Ajax has a large bench with quality players. PSV hasnot, so in the situation they're in now with the players they can field PSV simply is a midtable team.

Well, it's looking like Europe is not for him in the first place, did he even give it the old college try? Im guessing with each day it's looking like he's a flop on the European stage. Some players can hack it some cant. He can always make good money in Liga MX or MLS.

  19. Guti lost the ball, which lead to the 0-1. The goalie on top of that slipped.

    So they sacked the coach.

  23. The board told that the results were PSV unworthy. They should have left themselves then, as they didnot provide MvB with a bench to be able to replace the topscorer and the top winger, plus they failed to provide a good defense center that has been wobbly already for two seasons.
With the injuries of the attackers there was more pressure on the defense as opponents didnot have to worry about their defense. So than that weak link was exposed. PSV was doing fine until the top strikers went out. During their absence they lost most of the matches. PSV actually had a good match against Feyenoord, but were unlucky not to score. We did.

  24. From the heatmap it looks like they only played on the Feyenoord half:
