0 English teams could happen. Of course anything can happen but it's very unlikely. I don't see Liverpool being eliminated by Atleti at all. 1 English team is very possible. City could lose to LPB, Chelsea are solid underdogs to Bayern, and Tottenham have a better chance of losing to Leipzig than not after today.
In recent years, AM had history of reaching CL finals by playing it ugly as they always did. If Liverpool conceided first, I wouldnt write out possibility of ET or shootout.
The only way they play ET is if Liverpool scores 1. If Liverpool concede 1 at Anfield they will need to score 3 and it can't go to ET because of away goals. Atleti will win if score ends up tied unless it's 1-1.

Sorry I got it wrong ... yea but what I mean is that if Atletico somehow scores 1, Liverpool could be well in trouble cause AM just know how to stall the game and frustrate you. They have history of beating top favorites.
FIFA 09 was my first FIFA game and the developers were probably high when they made these ratings. Ronaldo and Messi having same dribbling stats is laughable lol. https://www.fifaindex.com/player/20801/cristiano-ronaldo/fifa09/ https://www.fifaindex.com/player/158023/lionel-messi/fifa09/
Even if Atleti score, Liverpool quite capable to get 3. The key is to survive the first 20 minutes and keep it 0-0. That's what Barca failed at last season, and Man City the season before that.
Once Liverpool scores, Anfield gets going and the energy feeds the players even more. European nights at Anfield are legendary, especially during second legs.
Their biggest flop is James. 75 million and his contract expires in June 2021 He will be like Kaka who cost 60 million and left for free while being paid 15 million a year for 4 years BTW Jovic is 2 months younger than Dembele. Hazard the same with Griezmann but for some reason there are different units of measure of their flopness PS I don't see Hazard as flop BTW but so far he was worse than Griezmann
James is a bit like Coutinho but he was for the most part fighting for a spot in a pretty good midfield. In essence Modric took his spot. They always had good alternatives. And like Coutinho he covered his salaries for a couple of years at Bayern. In our case if the backup options are Roberto, Vidal (nothing against Vidal because he has done well), and a young Fati. Hazard could very well not work but he hasn't had much chance to play due to injury. But at least he will play in his natural position. I honestly hope it works out for Griezmann ... but he is just not a winger.
Two Manitas early on a Saturday, maybe buy a lottery ticket (though I know that is a tax on those who are bad at math). Sounded like Klinsmann was not consulted about their expensive January signings by new owner and that made no sense, you cannot buy expensive players who are expected to play when they don't fit the coach's plans or desires.
OMG you dumb idiot Levante player ... takes a shot from outside the box with a teammate wide open on his shoulder.
The one Madrid player over all these years that I would have loved to have in a Barca shirt is Modric. The guy is crazy good with his passing of all ranges.
