Keita's name is pronounced "kay ee ta". that doesn't sound like "kite" nor would most English-speaking people view the name as an approximation of "kite". accordingly, a thread title that depends on a misunderstandin of the name's pronunciation is curious. perhaps my use of the term "ironic" was odd. i thought it was ironic in the sense of being not what one would ordinarily expect.
