It is possible to live in one place and support a team that comes from somewhere else. Both Liverpool and Man United depend on it. I support Wales because growing up I didn't have access to Sky TV, so I was unable to watch England most of the time. Living so close to the Welsh border we can pick up Welsh TV so I used to watch Wales play and as a result of watching them far more than England, began to care more about the team I actually got to watch. Hence I am a Wales fan.
