He must have been completely sober or completly wasted out of his mind and got lucky. You can't do it when you're just normal drunk.

    I don't mind. ;) Congrats to Osnabrück.

Btw: the 1/8 final drawing will be on Sunday. I hope that Fürth will get Nuremberg or Bayern at home (Cologne would be ok, too). ;)

I had the same thought. There had to have been a second cup thrower.

It's a pity that the hooligan didn't hit that arrogant blindworm namend Michael Weiner.

All jokes beside, such incidents are a shame for the football! Unfortunately you can't control every person that enters a stadium before & during the match...

I remember when Icke Häßler was hit by a full plastic beer-cup.
He wasn't unconscious but he collapsed as well and bled like a pic.

Where did you hear that? Because, for the record, no one in Stuttgart knows anything about something like that.

Anyway, VfB plays Schalke today, and VfB II plays Bayern II today, so do you really think any VfB fan(even a hooligan) would waste their Sunday picking a fight with Kickers fans?! Come on...

Ok, i actually looked into this. On the Kickers site:

    27.10.2006

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, there was higher security, but that was just a consequence of the events that happened in the Pokal, nothing to do with "VfB hooli groups".
