Depends on how deep the +4 is. I would hazard a guess of between 4.5-6 weeks.

damn, then it's not worth it for me to buy this dude on the TL. He's a stacked WB who will go for a deal price due to his injury status, but I need someone for a game in 3 weeks...

His age is the biggest deterent in this case. If you want to take a hit to your supporter mood, you can go over 10 docs to heal him. The number necessary to get him healed in 3 weeks is debatable and I have no clue to offer a suggestion.

But he will beat the shit out of my team in a friendly whenever he wants. It was only a friendly but I'm still drinking away the pain of tonight's 6-2 loss at Old Style Acropolis.

In this season's 7 competitive games, PB United has outscored it's opponents 42-2. That's a good run!

Does anyone recall the longest cup run ever for a BS'er?

I'm just bored and wondering who holds that glory.

I'm sure the answer to that depends on whether (or for how long) you count Elwood. Or Lone Star, for that matter.

Lone Star (Panther City FC) has made it to round 10.
Elwood (Indy Racing Athletic) has made it to round 11.

Among currently active BSers, I'd guess Ardent has the deepest run. Since NCR is defunct, I can't find them in HT to check.

(Edit: Er, I forgot about George. Add him to the "it depends" list.)

LSD Chicago made it to the 7th round in only his 6th season (last season).

I doubt that feat will be accomplished again by any BS'rs.

Highlights: Beating the owner who took over for me as USA NT...followed by beating the then 1st place club of the ML.

All the ties (due to PICs in the league matches each week) in league play killed me, though. I should have been able to promote that season.

Panther City made it to round 8 in their 4th or 5th season, but that was a much different time. While LSD's feat is likely to be rare, I don't think we can discount the idea of it happening again. That's going to be around the time where the team starts to be good enough to be dangerous against teams that aren't taking the cup totally seriously.

Which is pretty much what happened, combined with a couple weeks of extratime winners. Luckily our V.146 was so weak I managed to make that run while winning all the league matches with reserves and PIC.

Just landed a friendly with Knickerbocker SC at their 70k seat stadium. Hopefully I will get some decent bank off the game.

How do I get to the Global Football Forum on Hattrick? I'm confused and I shouldn't be.

When you originally go to the conferences it should be there under the forums you can join. If you were already subscribed to the WC forum then you should be already in I think as they just renamed it.

How far above a team on the table do you need to be to get an overconfidence event?
