I dont want it to happen because of Messi and Dos Santos, but in any other situation I would love to try taking Robinho off RM's hands (assuming Capello doesnt want him). He would do absolute wonders (not saying that is an upgrade, because Messi and Ronnie do wonders) in Barcelona's system.

Your kidding right Asting a Barca jersey plus theres better alternatives if we were desperate a  ?, I dont want to take anything away from this kid Robinho. However, I would never want him wear in that area. I still say he's way over rated starting out with his contract.

Robinho is 100% overrated, I completely agree. But put him, CRonaldo, Denilson (at his prime), etc on one of the wings for this club and they would be amazing. Yes there options just as good or better (even already on the team), its just something fun to imagine. Robben and Reyes would probably be my top choices if Messi and Dos Santos vanished.

I just want to say that Cicinho is much much better than Belleti.

Cicinho can't defend. He would be another Belletti. We should get the real next Cafu, Alves. The fact is, there are so many other great fullbacks that can defend out there. Emanuelson, Chivu, Alves, Antonio Lopez, Lahm, Abidal, Miguel...Why get someone like Cicinho who can't defend.

I would rather have Oleguer. At least Oleguer has a beard. And he is Catalan for life. And he can defend relatively well, kind of, sort of...

Chuck, you're OK in my books. I like your passion for Oleguer!
I talked with him in NYC and he got a Catalan journalist to give me her copy of his book and said he would replace it for her back in Barcelona. It's really good, not at all an autobiography of the sleezy tell/all bull the usual "celebs" write about. Very poetic, political, visionary... and perfect for someone visual like myself, because he daydreams most of the time!

I agree, for now we don`t need any more signings but i do rate him even if i doubt RM can sell him to us besides i highly doubt the management is interested in another full back even if Cicinho can play as a right winger.

RM is linked with former Juve full back jonathan zebina so it looks like they don`t really need Cicinho for whatever reasons. Zebina is more versatile as he can play across the defence line but still think they will keep Cicinho.

we dont need him or Robinho as some people have been suggesting

both Robinho and Cicinho along with Baptista need to go to Deportivo La Coruna or Atletico Madrid as both those teams need there service more then we do

EXACTLY! this guy doesnt know what "defense" even means. i seriously dislike him, not becuz hes with real, BUT because he doesnt give it his ALL, atleast in MY opinion.

hes good, no dought, but he doesnt seem like a good teammate, and hes whining most of the time.

    no thanks...

Calderon and Laporta were supposed to have a meeting to mage a agreement not steal players from each other.

    - Kind of like the one Perez and Laporta had, so a player moving from the Bernabeu to Nou Camp and the other way around is out of the question.

Cicinho is trash and the only one that wants him is Madrid-loving Wonka. Robinho is also incredibly overrated and hasn't proven himself in Liga.
Now please stick to your garbage team's boards, because they are going to need all your support with the horrible season they are about to have.
Mods, please close another travesty of a thread!

Robinho I think would fail in Europe if he was THE man, but as I've said, he would rape playing up top at Barca.
I think Messi is something special and is going to go down as being one of the best of his generation, but he is very, VERY lucky to be playing with this Barcelona team.

^ I agree with you Astabooty, Messi is lucky to be riding the Barca successes, if he had happened to be with us he would be having a hard time like Robinho.
