Eh, toohyper's just expressing his opinion. Let's just leave it at that and hopefully this thread won't veer too far away from the original topic (Lee @ Spurs).

I been to 2 Mets-Yankee games and I've seen about 4 fights. Nothing seriously murderous to make it to the newspaper or anything.

    As a non-Korean mod I severely disapprove.

But since I don't have any jurisdiction on this forum, I'm helpless. And a bit entertained too. :D

sorry to interrupt the K:thecore and toohyper fight, but Lee played pretty decent against Sheff Utd today. lillywhites won 2-0 and Lee NEARLY scored one.. he kept running up whenever he had the chance. id give him a 7 for the day

I saw a brief highlight reel from a tvk, they said Lee played RB again. The shot he missed was pretty bad...inside the 18, near the six yard box...but over the bar.

There's a rumor floating around that Downing might move to whl. Lee and Downing would be an interesting combination.

I haven't watched much of Lee Y.P lately but heard from numerous Spurs fans that his recent performance is below-average at best (but they still rate him better than Stalteri) due to the fact that his passes were woeful and link up with Lennon was extremly poor.

It pretty hurts me as Lee Y.P fan that neutral spurs fans talking about Ekotto as the next "big thing" whilst I see all these stuff about Lee's crap performance when his playing out-of-position.

I respect Lee YP but his offense lacks. His defense shouldn't be critisized because he can play any position in defense. Tottenham fans are forgetting the blessing he got from him...

Spurs losing 2-0 at home vs. Everton. An own goal from Davenport included. This Spurs side really do look very different from last season. They never can get the ball on the attacking third of the pitch with any fluidity. They are starting to get frustrating to watch IMO.

And Lennon, no disrespect but the kid has mad pace, YES, but he doesn't know what to do with the ball half the time and keeps losing it. He either needs to pass the ball quick or make runs that are useful. Well he's still young but he needs to be able to control the ball better and keep his head up while he's dribbling or else he'll bump into the corner flag or something.

Lennon was the best player for Spurs...it didn't help that none of the wing backs *cough* Lee Youn-Pyo *cough* or midfielders or strikers helped him.

Fully deserved win for Everton today, they deserved to beat Tottenham after Skillbane got sent off. We should play with 10 men all the time.

Lee got a rating of 5. The rest of the team was rated poorly as well.

It looks like towards the end Martin Jol used the same tactics as Dick did. Put in a forward for a defender and it was Lee who got subbed out.

Lee's got to pick up the slack. This mediocrity has got to end.

Lee's gonna have to compete for a starting spot now with Chimbonda and Ekotto in the mix. Hopefully he'll come out on top. Otherwise it'll look pretty embarrassing that he turned down an offer from AS Roma to ride the pine at Tottenham.

I have much confidence in Lee YP. From what I've seen so far in Ekotto, I'm not worried.
I just wish Spurs would pick up their attack and make their games more entertaining 'cause last 2 games been incredibly boring.

I agree with you a 100%. I'm not very impressed with Ekotto, and I think LYP will displace him as the starter by mid season.

Martin Jol has opened his mouth regarding Lee's decision and his position in the club.

He said he will have to compete with Ekotto on the left. :)

    Read here in Korean.
