Yeah, but if he goes to Hearts he may get the chance to play against the big guys in CL. I still believe the scottish league is better han the korean one.

I've heard Hojo in the past saying besides from the top two Glasgow clubs, the K-League is on par with the rest of the Scottish Premier clubs, atleast that's what i believe he said.

How on earth did you get all that from just two words?

Your opinion would be a bit more valid if it was based on empirical evidence...

Come on. Hojo would kill all of us in Korean, English, Scottish, German or most other leagues in the world on knowledge and statistics.

it's really sad if ahn jung hwan keeps playing for a few more years at some doormat teams like he's been and eventually retires into oblivion, never having made much impact in europe... what a waste.

i'd love to see him get a few magnificent seasons under his belt in europe before he retires! stop being so picky! so what if it's not epl? he needs to go to a team that will start him!!!! at 30, what top ranked team will pick him to start? he'll be warming benches all over again. have a great season like pjy and lyp did at psv. then maybe he'll be more marketable. how many years does he really have left? 3? 2? or is it too late already?

HoJo mentioned that the K-League transfer window closes on July 31. We should know by now if he's going back to the k-league, right?

haha.. be patient man. Reports says it that he rejected a club from the Turkish league, can't remember the name and it's too difficult to pronounce.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was benched at Blackburn :D

It's said that his wage will only be 12,500 Euro a month which is low. But he will get half of the Transfer fee which is 300,000 Euro.. holy..

Don't think so. Don't they have Kezman as well? And they've also signed Mista this summer. And furthermore, they have Maxi Rodríguez as well as Martin Petrov. Very packed frontline IMO.

I do believe that Spanish league will suit him more than EPL or Serie A but will he get the chance? hmm... good luck Ahn!

If Ahn's gonna be a bench warmer, he should just come back to K-League and go out in glory.
