Watched the game. Friedel could not, in any way, be faulted on any of the goals. That shows how bad the defending was.

Not sure but it seems like most folks think that Sven has lost the plot and is an idiot extroidinaire.

Actually no. They only put four past him. Friedel's own "defender" (who had a game of Agoos proportions) but one of them by him.

I donät know why Barthez is in there... he's just a clown.

Cudicini is the best right now with our own Brad at second. That's what i belive.....

The only mention I've seen of an All Star game is at Football 365 and they pick Brad as keeper.

Yes, but that's four more than ManUre and Arsenal combined.

Did you watch it? one really cant blame friedel for the last 10 minutes of the match. blackburn were 6's and 7's at the back pushing for an equaliser. If any one person should be held responsible it would be Gresko, what an awful display. needless to say- the lad would be lucking to play in my side again after such c*ap. I have seen better performances that have resulted in lost careers.

Being a foreigner, and to be truthful, one whom has never really fancied the us player (although I am impressed as of late), I would have to say that Friedel has been without a doubt a revelation in the Premiership this season. My # 1, far ahead of any foreign and British keeper. He has totally wiped out my concept when it comes to the stereotypical (orthodox ;) ) us player.
