There are only two players on United's roster, who would convievably be availible on loan, that the Baggies would want. One is Kieran Richardson and the other is Rossi. As for the permanent player, that could possibly be the likes of John O'Shea.

They got the best keeper availible at cheap price. If Sir Alex believes he can get Torres, he'll let Rossi go on loan

I've tried it with several american accents; new york city / broklyn, deep south drawl, maine drawl, california surfer. So far maine drawl was the funniest. For the most part with the potential loan of Rossi, it seems if Ruud leaves he stays. I would expect that he at least starts the season at Old Trafford.
I don't understand this being in Yanks Abroad since he has reportedly told US of his decision to try to make it for italy instead.
