    GUTTED JUVE MUCH!
must say its a shame as theyre a great side n there is a real chance they will never get back to their best. the other clubs lazio n fiorentina well not bothere really but serie b for them anyway and milan wel i reckon they prob got lucky.

    so as it stands
juve relegated to serie b start season on minus 30 points stripped of last two titles
fiorentina relegated to seria b start season on minus 12 points
lazio relegated to serie b start season on minus 7
ac milan stay in serie a start season on minus 15

all clubs banned from champions league

    serie a champions 05/06 inter?

...well b4 they start giving Inter or any1 the title, im pretty sure they'd have to re-assess the league REMOVING all results of games involving the guilty teams. Not sure it'd make a difference, BUT it really needs to be double-checked...

Right, so I am now back in South Africa. It may take me a few days to gather all my thoughts about my holiday and recap, but basically I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Argentina...it just so happens that the people I went with (a friend and his brother and his divorced parents and another friend) turned out to be a-holes and have a whole lot of issues. I will be uploading pictures of my trip and some stories over the next week.

BTW: Yeah, I knew Mauresmo was a lesbian and I never liked her...just her legs from afar.

I can't believe what has happened to Juve, Fiorentina, and Lazio...the supporters must me gutted. I would be so p!ssed to find out that my team has been doing dodgy business after all my support.

Here are some pics of a few things I bought on holiday...most footy equiment is pricey - except for all replicas which cost around US$35-40:

I'll add stories and all, but I'll just put a few things up...

A building I loved in La Boca...the Nike advertising is perfect:

    Can't keep me away!

    More to come...

oh and btw, while I was away, my house got burgled for the first time...and funnily enough I felt really strange that day (on the other side of the world) and I knew something strange was up. For some odd reason the burglar only stole a laptop and my sister's 1 bellydancing VCD. There were cameras, PS2 games, computer equipment, DVD's and CD's, etc! Strange

    *Puts Sherlock Holmes hat on*

Most burglars who only take specific things know exactly where everything is in the house...possibly someone your family knows or who has been in your house before?

Yes, my family has some suspicion about my maid.....but to steal a bellydancing VCD worth maybe 2 quid is odd - especially when there was all the other things there.

I just got back from the Man Utd vs Kaizer Chiefs btw. Unted pretty much got out-played even though they won 1-0:rolleyes:

Here are some pics of the match last night. They are blurry and from afar, but it gives you an idea of the facilities and atmosphere...and I may aswel for the hell of it.

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG][IMG]

I'm not sure if it is just my imagination coupled with the fact that I haven't been on here for a while, but it seems as though the atmosphere around here is a bit subdued...does any1 else feel that?

Nice pics. Seems like there weren't too many starters for MU though...

Well, the WC is over. You left for two weeks. It's nice and summery out (maybe not in England, but in Canada it is). I think people are either busy working or busy making the most out of the summer. But you definatley are right.

Yeah that is true. The main popular players were only really Giggs, Scholes, Richardson, O'Shea, Solkjaer, Fletcher, but of course there was Rossi, Foster etc, so it is always good to see some up and coming talent mixed in with the oldies.

I still feel sick about the fact that I didn't know who won the WC until 1/2 an hour after the game because we were driving from the ski lodge to our houses!:(

Its pretty cold and I'm so jet-lagged and tired after skiing, snowboarding and catching planes for 2 weeks that I am enjoying just sitting around for a change.

Also, this forum definitely has a bad effect. Two weeks off and i have no real desire to buy or even look at any new soccer boots. But that also may be to do with the fact that I may not play again this season. Tomorrow I will go to my practice and see if my ankle will hold out...if not, thats just comfirms things. I started the season as captain and scoring goals and now I'm ending up unable to probably run for 10 minutes....there is always next season I guess.

Yes but if there is a problem, you have to let it heal. Or else you could end up not being able to kick a ball again in your life ...

Yeah but the problem is that it won't just heal...I either have to wait for an operation which may lead topermanent scar tissue or get insoles and hope that the bones will break down over time. On the topic, did you guys know that to get special insoles made for my feet, it will cost 300 quid!!! But it is a necessity...im starting to walk on the sides of my feet because it then feels like I have an arch and it doesn't hurt as much then. Anyways, we've been through this too many times and I'm sure you guys are bored of it.

So, did anything exciting happen while I was gone?

Thanx man, how is training and how are your Absolutes doing? I haven't even taken my boots out of my cupboard since coming back...I woke up at 3 pm today!

Maybe Savage chose Nike now because the factory is close to his parents' house...maybe some of you will remember that story, lol.

Believe me, I was soooo far behind in footyt news when I got back. I logged on to find that those Italian clubs got punished, Sol left, Fab, Kolo, Senderos, etc got new squad numbers, etc, etc, etc!

Now another strange thing. I seem to have a nationality identity crisis. The following is not intended to be racist. I feel that as a white family living in South Africa, I don't have a proper culture. My dad's side of the family originates from England and Scotland while my mom's side originates from the early french settlers. People at school think I am not South African and think i am Spanish or whatever and never can believe i am just South African, and a guy that has arrived from England this year thought I was brittish or something. When I went on holiday, unlike my friend who had his parents to see him off, I had the whole family including uncle's, aunt's and couisins, etc. It reminded me of a 'fat greek wedding' type of thing. Also, during Birthdays or Christmas or festive holidays, all my family gets together, and we have feasts and all and we are all pretty close. Also, most of my family has dark hair, so we can pass as a greek/italian/portuguese type family. The way I even play soccer is alot like the Italians or spanish...it is hard to explain. I tend to find myself learning foreign languages alot, and when I was in Argentina now, i picked up the language quickly and the family I travelled with ended up relying on me to get them around and order food. To me it seems like my family and I almost fit into the sterotypical mould of an Italian/Spanish/Portuguese family and it is strange. I even find my sister watching the WC so that she can watch Buffon and Crespo, and she loves Italy, and my mom likes watching Figo and Buffon. When I was on holiday, people thought I was a local and they thought my friends were tourists. Call me a poser or whatnot, but I somehow wish I was more 'Italian/Spanish, etc'? Its hard to explain, but what do you guys make of this?

    ooh, gotta add this

Maybe not in England? It was 37.5 degrees yesterday (centigrade not farenheit :) ).

I think it's more the fact that I am now the main participant in this forum! Just kidding. For me personally, I just want the fecking season to get started. Pre-season is the biggest wind-up known to man - I'm watching Arsenal play crap teams like Barnet at the moment, and I just want us to get in our new stadium and start playing!

It's not too much better, it's three weeks until my team's first friendly. We are playing in an 11-a-side tournament, half an hour each half. There are three teams in our group which means we will have at least three hours of football - maybe more if we qualify for the semi finals etc. I have the stamina to last but you can be certain there will be members of my team dropping like flies around me!

The other reason - I want it to rain so I can wear my SG MVIII's! FFS I'm getting tempted to get a FG pair tomorrow - the white/ginger, blue and platinum/red ones are on sale in my local Nike shop for £70 and I think I might take advantage since my brother nicked my white/ginger ones...bastard...
