Don't tell us who you think should start but who you think will start.

    4-5-1:

    Barthez
    Sagnol Thuram Gallas Abidal
    Vieira Makelele
    Ribery Zidane Malouda
    Henry

If you win, you get a cookie! BTW there is a rumbling of Dhorasoo possibly starting. He was quoted as saying "Je jouerai le prochain match." This is a possibility as Ribery was remarkably poor at finishing against Togo (though you might make the argument he created chances that Dhorasoo might not have created) I still think Dhorasoo will enter as a sub if anything.

Well he will most likely go with the 4-2-3-1 formation. With a little luck he will stick with the two striker formation: 4-3-1-2.

Tomorrow we will definitely know what's going to be used.

nah he said that b/c during the togo match when he was stretching to come on, he managed to injure himself :D so by saying he'll play the next match, i think he means that he'll be ready.

guignol, your formation looks the closest to what he'll try IMO, and i'm dreading it :( :(

no, no, have faith! face it, to win the WC we'll need more than what what we've seen so far. and we'll need it from people who've been in this kind of situation. ribery's fine, but if he has trouble holdong onto the ball, and chokes in front of the goal, that won't cut it.

we are starting to see the real pat vieira; will we see the real zidane tomorrow? to go very far, we'll have to! and of the candidates for the right side, who has played the most in his career with henry, zidane, vieira, (and malouda), and who has already brought home the goods in this kind of match? nino hasn't exactly lit up the stadiums in germany, but he proved during the regular season he's still got it, and lots of it.

for all the flaws, risks ans question marks surrounding it, this, gentlemen, is our A-team.

    And...why not..

I don't bloody want to see Wiltord or Govou on that field instead of Ribery!

Well I'm wondering why Domenech has decided not to divulge his starting 11 + formation ahead of tomorrow's clash. Is he going to surprise us? I doubt it, but I can hope for it.

I second that, we need Ribery out there. He did miss a lot of open goal opportunities but one has to think he's not always going to miss them. His pass was the decisive one in which Pat Vieira scored from.

cause he's an asshat straight up.

I don't like the 4-5-1 or any variant of it, david was dangerous against togo, and he'll find his scoring boots soon. It'll be such a waste if we leave him on the bench.

Domenech just announced the starting lineup. Barthez - Sagnol, Thuram, Gallas, Abidal - Vieira, Makelele - Ribery, Zidane (cap), Malouda - Henry

    Well, congratulations to:

    1. Me

And looks like that's it! I get a cookie!

How come he isn't using Trezeguet?

lol.I still don't understand his logic with Trezeguet. If you have someone that plays with such vigor to score goals, and does score why would you have him on the bench?

why leave him on the bench? why play 4-5-1? how does completely stifling what had been the most impressive attack in the WC, making them look like clawless kittens, and planting 3 beauties in their back sound like a good reason?

if malouda had been a little more relaxed, and henry had managed to stay onside, it would have been...

Let's drop Malouda, put Henry there (in a slightly higher position) and put Trez forward. :p
