I saw the white/red colorway today at the shop and it looks like it was made for is for England's WC campaign. The instep has graphics of shields with the cross and whatnot. If you remove the insole you can see the graphics as well along the forefoot to the tip (the insole material is synthetic or leather).

I tried them on today while I waiting to get a transfer request for shin guard sleeves from another store

Pros: not as wide as the III, better lacing system (i could never get the IIIs to secure the foot as I could with these)

    Cons: soft heel counter

I think I might consider buying these or the v-Konstrukts

in the Portugal vs Angola game, Figo changed from his black/gold Supremacys to his white/navy AZT 90 IIIs. wonder why that is? his boots ARE custom made for his, with the tongue and the soles different from the 'normal' Supremacys. maybe they were too narrow?

but the black/golds look good though. im looking forward to what other colourways they are gona come up with

I just bought a pair today from the store I work in. I wasn't going to buy these because the fact that the 3's were so awful and every freaking player on earth had SMU's done for the 3's because they sucked out-loud but the 4's are amazing.

The shoe in terms of quality is much closer to the SMU's pros ger. I know some pros are still using the interact bottom but this outsole is fantastic and super flexable like most true pro level shoes in part because they got rid of those stupid support bars and the running shoe chusion in the midsole. There is no stiff feeling at all in these and you feel ultra low to the ground.

Also the insole is a synthetic leather (lots of pros use leather or synthetic leather inlays in their boots for lower profiles and less blistering). The upper is very thin and minimal, no bulky clunky feel. They also seem to be using the last from the AZT 2's for the fit, which is awesome. These also seem to weigh near teh same as the Vapors, so that can be a guage on teh fact that they are not clunky.

These are on par in qulality with my Wave Cup rivaldo editionn, which is a "true pro boot"

how's the sizing on them? I remember wearing 10 in the 2's, but probably need to drop to a 9 or 9.5 in the 3's.

if they're more like the 2's as you say, I think I need to get a pair.

Umm they fit length wise more like the 3's. The shape of the last is much more towards the 2's though. The 3's last was very boxy and mishaped which is not the case with these bootsw at all. They are streamlined and will fit a slightly wider foot very well. This is the best boot nike has made in the last 4 years IMO by some distance.

I bought the black and gold. As much as I love the fit of these I am not a big fan of the visual design of the boots in the white and red or the blue and white. They are too busy for my taste, the black are classic and simple which I like for my outdoor boots, I will say though I do like the Rooney colorway they are coming out with that are on PDS. They are like an egg shell white with black and red to match MUFC's colors. And the all white and sliver that will be out in Oct. is pretty nice as well.

It will probably be sports soccer/sports world whatever they are calling themselves these days! you can usually get boots for under £100 from there.

Yup, Sports-World will be the cheapest in the UK, i'm pretty sure.

They have Vapors for £86.99 and I think they had the Supremacy for £84.99 when I last checked.

I just played in the AZT's and they are out of this world. They feel like the 2's in terms of fit with a better touch. The ground I played on was rock hard and I had no stud pressure issues at all, the new outsole is very low profile and flexible.

The ball stike in these is fantastic, I think that is because it fits my foot so well more than anything else. I have always been a staunch advocate of saying boots don't improve a player, its all down to ability but a good fitting product can make you feel better and let you focus on playing because you comfort level is high and you not worried about the shoe hurting/slipping/falling off and so on. Well for me these are one of those type of boots. Total comfort, zero slippage, great support and stable platform.

I get get cleated on the top of the toes and it didn't hurt anymore than getting it in my Preds or Copas or Legends.

Nike scored big on this boot for me, it could be their best effort ever along with the AZT 2's and the Air Zoom International K-Leather.

Now if only they could get this level of quality in all thier products and not take them off the market for a new shoe so fast, I wouldn't have such a love hate issue with them.

Well as we all know, the AZT90 III gave a lot of people blisters on their heels...Is this same problem occurring in the AZT90 IV/supremecy???

    thanks

Not at all, the heel is well shaped and comes up the back of the tendon for support. I didn't have one issue with rubbing in the heel which leads to blistering. This shoe is a 200% improvment over the 3's on every level possible.

Hey Jc18star, thanks for all of the information on the new boots. It sounds like the total 90 supremacy is as good as I expected... or even better.

So sorry if I missed it, but are these narrower than the III's because the toebox was really wide...

they are a just a bit more narrow but the last is more ergonomic and shaped like a wider foot not a box a la the 3's. The toebox is rounded on these making them a bit more comfy than the 2's which they compare to more thant the 3's

aren't the shifts the lowest model? they're probably Supreme's, or whatever it is that's below the Supremecy. at least that's what they look like to me.

apparently the supremes were the only ones, which could've been customised for more padding for protection for his feet...
he just broke his foot last year.:)
