broken arm

    i have a broken arm and im wondering if it would be ok to keep playing soccer.another person in my team also has a broken arm but they are still playing.

    Don't risk it. Unless you have a life altering match ahead of you, I'd keep off the playing pitch.

    If you break it again you'll be in a world of troubles. Your balance will suffer, you won't have much leverage and the injury will be in the back of your mind making you second guess opportunities. I'd just train lightly and wait for the arm to set properly.

    If your goalie, then go for it cause you have some serious intestinal fortitude.

    I know a few people who've played with a broken arm. They just had to make sure they put extra wrapping on it, for their own protection and other players protection as those casts can be pretty hard. Whether you play should be up to you on how it feels though. I'd say if it's early on, and still pretty painful, maybe just stay off for a bit.
