I have pulled off a few (Davids, Veron, Rivaldo, ect ect) but never consistently, who has a special and how are they executed? Any tips? Any info into the players and what moves? Many thanks……

Btw- the most consistent move I have discovered is pushing the ball into space then using the speed burst whilst repeatedly pressing the freestyle in direction you are running. Enough to create space for a wicked long distance (very effective for scoring and garnering corners) shot. I want the eye candy though, please help.

I haven't been able to figure out what makes players do what they do, either. I push the ball forward to evade defenders, and sometimes the player will do a neat move outside the box. But let me give you this bit of advice...

...put down the FIFA disc, back away slowly, and go buy WE6. It comes out tomorrow.

unless im making a sharp turn, i just kinda wiggle the R3 around

    some players with BA moves-
owen - when running at a defender
davids - has 2 - a spin and sumthin else
zidane - he can dribble out of a crowd
van der meyde - has a good shimmy
denilson - also has at least 2 if not 3 different
    okocha - can split 2

If you just spin the R3 in a circle, Zidane will do a pretty effective spin move.

Seriously. I've been somewhat happy with FIFA all these years -yes, I admit it- but WE has turned my FIFA disc into an expensive coaster. If you're old enough to legally register for membership in BigSoccer, you're old enough to appreciate a game with more realism. Do yourself a favor and drop FIFA like a bad habit. I knew WE6 would be better, but I really didn't expect a margin like this.

HEY! I have played Subbuteo on a few occasions time permitted against Stevie and I would like to call it a more ‘relentless’ direct approach to playing the game (not kick and run). But seriously, Stevie is a great coach and a real chap…so back off on the jabs!!!!!

I'm not sure I understand how freestyle works. Is it if you move the Right Analog Stick Left/Right the player does one move, if you move it Up/Down he does another, and if you move it in a circle he does something else? Or is there only one move that each player does?
