Funny you mention Devlin. You know he got cut from the Metros/RBs in the preseason. I got an email last week from the Pitts Riverhounds of USL2. They want to sign him. I contacted Devlin's brother and I am hoping that Brian gets back into the mix. We'll see.

Back on topic, nice looking logo/shield LostTransformer. Very cool.

Very Nice. Classic appeal to it.

which means that it would probably never be implemented into an MLS team...

    ie.

Thanks you guys. Alright, how about that logo, on a current jersey scheme. Something like this:

Is it to light blue, not blue enough? Is the yellow to yellow? Yay or nay to the sash? The only reason I used a sash is because there is one on the logo. What do you think? Is it perfect, alright or just plain gay?

    NICE!!!!

    Repped!

I really like it. Its very unlike any current MLS jersey. Even a Crew fan can appreciate it. And it keeps the Philly city colors.

I think you nailed it. Very classy with a different color scheme. These colors are perfect.

I'm not a fan of sashes, but the jersey looks very nice.

Maybe try to get the sash angle on the jersey to be parallel to that of the shield.....it's a little off. I know that's being picky, but that's about the only criticism I can offer. :)

There is a lot to like about this jersey. Colors are pretty nice, etc.

If I may make one comment, your "Philadelphia" font is really too fine for a jersey. If nothing else, it needs to be larger, and decrease the kerning on it.

    But I'm just nitpicking, cuz that's what I do. . . :D

To me the colors are too soft. Arsenal's mauroon kit for this season is a good color IMO.

Hells Yeah. The worst thing they can do is delete it. Let them know there are many out here pulling for this to happen...

It's a nice looking jersey, I just don't think it'll go over well if the team plays in jersey. Philly colors AND a Philly name just add insult to injury on a jersey team.

Philly colors are the same as Delaware Colors and pretty much the same as Jersey colors since all have a significant Swedish influence most of the colors are "Colonial" blue and gold/yellow/buff

I really like the light blue/yellow design. However someone mentioned the sash conflicting with LA Galaxy. For comparison sake, I'd like to see the same design with the white as a "V" across the chest ala Velez Sarsfield: http://www.todofut.com/to-142270.html

With this modification I see the crest changing slightly. Sash in crest changes to a v with possible Phiily skyline (Independence Hall) silhouette above the v and then soccer ball design / liberty bell below.

I also like the Ajax vertical stripe idea. And no, my nic does not refer to the fact that I am an Ajax fan. It refers to the name of a mountain in my area

We (as in BS members) need to chip in and mold a team to our liking.

I hopr Philly gets a team, they deserve it.

If you were molding the colors after the old Philadelphia A's....you should know that they wore blue and white. In 1950 they added yellow to the blue and in 1954 (their last year in Philly) they added red. It wasn't until 1955, their first year in Kansas City, that they went to yellow and green.
